These Drive 4G-X products work for those hard to reach areas, but as they are clear, it does take something to amplify to begin with. We bought Drive X RV a year ago and had it professionally installed on our class A motorhome. It will boost a signal strength (T Mobile phone) from 2 to 5 BUT the inside repeater requires you be with in 2 feet away! Beyond 24 inches and the boost is non-existent.
